Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Local Government Act and in accordance with the “District of Tofino Development Approval Procedures Bylaw No. 1301, 2021”, that a DevelopmentVariance Permit application will be considered by Council regarding the design of Mackenzie Beach Road on August 22, 2023 at 4:30pm. The application will be available for inspection at the Municipal Office (121 Third St, Tofino) from August 14-22, during regular business hours of 9am-12pm/1pm-4pm, Monday-Friday.

The Applicant is seeking to vary the C4 Recreational Access Collector Street Section standard in Schedule ‘A’ (Road Cross-Sections) of the District of Tofino Subdivision and Development Control Bylaw No. 1201, 2014 to support the improvement of Mackenzie Beach Road.
