DISPOSITION OF LAND
Building Lease located at 334 Forbes Road
Pursuant to Section 26 of the Community Charter and in accordance with Section 94, notice is hereby given that the District of Ucluelet will be giving consideration to a lease agreement between the District of Ucluelet and the Strawberry Isle Marine Research Society for a portion of Lot 12, Plan VIP76147, District Lot 284, Land District PID 025926691 and more commonly referred to as 334 Forbes Road, Ucluelet, BC. for a term of five years from September 1, 2023 – August 31, 2028 for the purpose of storage of essential research and marine mammal response equipment in an amount of $50.00 exclusive of tax and utilities.
