Cookie thanks from Guides

Dear Editor, The 1st Ucluelet Girl Guides would like to thank the community for once again showing generous support of our cookie sale. The proceeds from the sale will be used to offset the costs of our upcoming camping trip to Horne Lake. This trip will provide the quintessential guiding experience for Tofino and Ucluelet girls aged 9 to 11, with tenting, canoeing, caving and building friendships around the campfire.

The Ucluelet Guides would also like to thank to Dr. Jameson, our west coast Dentist, who has made a generous donation in support of the camp.

Some chocolate and vanilla sandwich cookies are still available from the Ucluelet Sparks and Tofino Guides if you haven’t yet satisfied your cravings for the seasonal treat.

Sincerely,

Faye Kennington

On behalf of the 1st Ucluelet Girl Guides
