Jack Cuthbertson "John" Fleming

February 16, 1950 - May 27, 2019
Jack passed away May 27th, 2019 at Tofino hospital. He was born February 16, 1950 in Chilliwack to Jack and Dora Fleming, now both deceased. Jack was a cherished husband, father and papa.
He leaves behind his beloved wife, Katharine; children, Jason Fleming, Elizabeth Redmond, David (Terresa) McKenzie and Rebecca (Dan) Coulter. Jack also leaves grandchildren, Jack Jr, Devon, Grace, Beth, Brooke, Keira, Hailey and Aidyn as well as siblings- in-law Winton (Barbie) Williams, Elizabeth (Gord) Tarras, and Andy (Karen) Williams along with many nieces and nephews.
Jack defied many life expectancy predictions, choosing his own time to depart. We will always carry his amazing memory in our hearts.
There will be a celebration of Jack's life at 1 pm on June 15th, 2019 at 1 pm at Ryder Lake Hall, 4928 Elk View Road in Chilliwack, luncheon to follow. Plans for Ucluelet friends will follow at a later time.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jack's name would be appreciated to Tofino Hospital Foundation - for palliative care room 9 and the patient's family lounge. Box 190, Tofino, BC, V0R 2Z0.
