July 7, 1958 - February 28, 2019
Arnold was born in Tofino to his parents, Eric and Hazel and the youngest of 6 children. He is leaving behind his sister Joan( Bruce ) brothers, Kalle (Cheryl), Larry (Mary Anne), Gary (Annie), Alex (Dinnie) and many nieces and nephews.
Arnie trolled for salmon, gillnetted for herring and dragged with his brother Gary, on the "Our Own". When fishing started to change Arnie moved to Alberta and drove truck in the oil fields for a few years. He later moved back to Tofino where he was always around to give anyone a helping hand.
He loved all sports and he was an exceptional pool player.
Arnold will be laid to rest with his mom and dad at Hatley Memorial Gardens in Colwood.
