Ada was born in Raymond Alta in 1934. She lived in both Lethbridge and Banff National Park before moving to the west coast - Vancouver Island in 1972.
When her and her late husband arrived they lived on Wickaninnish Beach for a number of years before they moved into the community of Ucluelet.
Ada became a well known business women and community member. Ada loved to beach comb finding wonderful treasures on the beach while walking her dog (Daisy).
She enjoyed her home overlooking the harbour watching the boats come and go with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In her later years she enjoyed lunches with the Ladies and playing rummoli.
