Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Local Government Act and regulations contained in the “District of Tofino Development Approval Procedures Bylaw No. 1301, 2021”, that a Temporary Use Permit (TUP) application has been submitted to the District in relation to the above property.
The applicant is seeking permission to operate a nightly rental operation, consisting of two bedrooms in the primary dwelling and one secondary suite, that previously was considered legally non-conforming on the subject lot for a period of three (3) years. Council will consider the application at the regular Council meeting held on Tuesday, May 14, 2024.
