Ukee chamber to host front line training

The Ucluelet Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Pacific Coast University for Workplace Health Sciences is presenting two WorldHost® Training Services workshops that are designed to provide front line staff members with the tools they need to provide quality service. Mon. June 16 in the Ucluelet Community Centre, workshops will assist staff in identifying and responding to the needs, interests and wishes of diverse customers. Participants will receive a certificate of completion. Presenter Sabrina Zimmermann has a degree in Tourism Management and passion for excellence in destination management.
