Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Local Government Act and regulations contained in the “District of Tofino Development Approval Procedures Bylaw No. 1301, 2021”, that a Temporary Use Permit (TUP) application has been submitted to the District in relation to the above property. The applicant is seeking permission to operate a temporary coffee takeout service on the subject lot for a period of three (3) years. Council will consider the application at the regular Council meeting held on Tuesday, April 11, 2023. More information on how to view or participate can be found online: www.Tofino.ca/meetings.
